EBC Symposium: Scientific and technical presentation programme until 15:00. Departure Symposium delegates. EBC Brewing Science Group: Welcome as of 15:30, Stiegl Brewery visit and welcome evening (also at the brewery).

Wednesday, 11 October

EBC Brewing Science Group: Scientific and technical presentation programme during the day. Brewery visit in the late afternoon / evening. Brewery visit in the late afternoon / evening (venue to be decided, but will be different from Monday or Tuesday’s visit).

Thursday, 12 October

EBC Brewing Science Group: Scientific and technical presentation programme until 15:00. Departure of BSG delegates.
